assistant land buyer

I am working with one of the leading national house builders who, after a period of sustained success, are looking to expand their team with an additional land buyer.
The role would focus on identifying, negotiating and acquiring new sites in Kent, Surrey and London. You would report to the Senior Land team but work closely with the other land managers and planning team to secure new sites. The role offers a great opportunity to continue your development and learn of a skilled senior land team.
You will be 1-2 years post-graduation and have worked for either a house builder, housing association, development consultancy or either just graduated
Key Requirements:
* Degree qualified
* 1-2 years post-graduation experience working for a house builder, housing association, or development consultancy.
* Beginnings of a portable book of contacts
* Determined and driven individual
