We are now looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our residential sales department and play a key role in the continued growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate and manage a high-performing sales team
* Drive performance and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Carry out valuations and win new instructions
* Oversee the entire sales pipeline from instruction through to completion
* Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the process
* Report directly to the company directors and contribute to strategic planning
* Identify new opportunities in the local property market
Requirements:
* Proven track record in residential property sales
* Previous managerial or team leadership experience within estate agency
* Strong listing and negotiation skills
* Ability to lead from the front and inspire team performance
* Excellent knowledge of the Bromley and surrounding property market preferred
* Strong communication, organisational and people skills
