IT Implementations and Training Technician * Hybrid-working – WFH (x2 days) + Portsmouth (x3 days on-site) * Up to c£45,000 per year * Plus excellent company benefits (including Employer Pension and BUPA Health Insurance) The Opportunity: Our client is looking for an IT Implementations and Training Technician to join and become a valued team member, who will contribute and provide training and implementation support to their customers. You will be assisting them with hardware and software product demonstrations and training on those products and this individual will be required to attend presentations and exhibitions. As an IT Implementations and Training Technician you will need to deliver client training (remote and face-to-face) and need to respond to training-related queries from clients and resellers aswell as supporting and planning the project implementations. Skills and Experience: * Experience with Windows server and desktop operating systems as well as SQL Server capabilities. * Experience of training remotely / face to face * Recent work experience in a similar field. * Flexibility with regards to availability for onsite installations / training * Ideally have experience with Networking, Azure and application deployment this is desirable and not essential. * Valid Full UK Driving Licence.
