Working pattern – 35 hours per week Monday – Friday
Fletchers Solicitors Ltd have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Onboarding Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating the training programme for new PI Onboarding Agents, encompassing all the areas of knowledge in process, product and systems. The programme is designed to set the new agent up for success within their role and create a set of key milestones and metrics to track progress and ultimate competency within their new role.

Main Responsibilities for the role:
13. Design the initial six weeks of training for a new PI Agent joining the team following on from their Fletchers & MLS induction
14. Document all the areas of knowledge across product, process and systems required to be competent in the PI Agent role.
15. Design and test the training of the areas of knowledge using creative methods that supports engaged learning can be replicated repeatedly to support on-going recruitment.
16. Create a realistic glidepath of targets and key milestones for the new PI Agent to achieve to demonstrate understanding and increased competency, including how these can be measured.
