In 2020, Charles Robinson decided to drop out of university to work closely with his professors and solve the tap water crisis. Bear Grylls (incredibly satisfied customer # 8420) invested in the business in early 2024. We pride ourselves as a media-first company. You’ll be hire number 8, joining us at a pivotal moment in our journey. We’re a small (in size) but mighty (in ambition and revenue ££) team with big ambition, grounded thinking, and a healthy dose of “how hard can it be?” energy.
🎯 The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who’s as comfortable diving into data as they are writing a punchy email or testing a new landing page.
You’ll be across CRM, SEO, social and conversion - helping us retain and grow our loyal customer base while keeping things creative, fresh and effective.
You’ll work closely with our VP of Growth (Finn), Founder (Charles), the Creative Content team and our incoming CMO.
💪 What You’ll Do
* 💌 Own CRM for retention, rewards and loyalty (email + SMS campaigns)
* 🧠 Optimise landing pages (we’re on Shopify) and run A/B tests to boost conversion
* 📱 Get involved with organic social across both our customer brand and LinkedIn
* 🔍 Support SEO efforts and find smart ways to grow visibility and traffic
* ⚡️ Test, learn and iterate - we love a smart experiment more than “perfect”
🧩 What We’re Looking For
* Hands-on digital marketer with solid CRM and optimisation experience
* Confident using Shopify and CRM tools like Klaviyo
* Experience of working with analytics tools like GA4, Intelligems
* Experience on working with no-code software for landing pages (like Replo) hugely beneficial, but if you can do a bit of development yourself - HUGE TICK!
* Self-starter who spots opportunities and takes action
* Creative thinker who backs it up with data
* Strong communicator who thrives in a small, high-performing team

* 💬 40-min Google Meet with Head of People (Richa)
* 💬 30-min Google Meet with Founder (Charles)
* A take-home auditing task
* 🏢 Final meeting in the office to meet Finn and Charles

Salary: £50-60k pa depending on experience, with a little bit of wiggle room if you tick all our boxes and then some.
