The Role
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including:
* Cross‑border M&A and corporate restructurings
* Private equity transactions
* Tax aspects of major financings
* Joint ventures and international group structuring
* Advisory work for multinational clients on complex UK and international tax issues

Requirements
* England & Wales‑qualified solicitor, minimum 2 years PQE
* Strong experience across a broad spectrum of corporate tax matters
* Background from an international or well‑regarded UK law firm
