Field Sales Executive – Poole / Weymouth / Yeovil
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to support the Poole (BH)/Weymouth (DT)/Yeovil (BA) area, selling our market‑leading brands such as Cadbury, Oreo, Toblerone, Maynard’s, Bassetts and more to independent and symbol retailers.
Responsibilities
* Selling Cadbury, Maynard’s Bassetts, Oreo and other brands to independent and symbol retailers on a regular basis.
* Ensuring maximum visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
* Implementing and monitoring promotional activities.
* Placing point‑of‑buy materials and ensuring placement.
* Reporting on activities.
* Delivering field KPI's and meeting annual objectives.
Qualifications
* Sales experience – preferably in FMCG/CPG, but other related fields considered.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
* Perseverance and attention to detail.
* A driver’s licence with no more than 3 points; comfortable driving manual or automatic vehicle.
