Starting your Journey:
As a Painter, you will assist in maintaining our brand standards and guest facilities. You should take pride in your work and work closely with all team members to deliver exceptional standards. Good health & safety awareness, especially regarding hazardous substances, working at heights, and risk assessments, is essential. You must be capable of handling face-to-face and telephone customer enquiries.

Joining the housekeeping department, your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out effective painting, including repair and preventative work for the entire hotel
* Ensuring all paint supplies match the correct color codes and are used appropriately
* Responding to daily painting requests via the Hotel Service Pro system
* Coordinating with the Executive Housekeeper to record completed work
* Working flexibly to meet business needs
* Adhering to Health and Safety legislation during all painting activities
* Supporting Maintenance and Housekeeping with items from monthly walk-rounds
* Assisting the Lead Maintenance Engineer as needed
As a Painter, attention to detail and consistency are vital. This role is crucial to the hotel's operation and the quality of service provided to our guests. You should be efficient, self-motivated, able to multitask, and always maintain a friendly demeanor. We encourage you to bring your personality to work, helping make Vineyard special.
On your first day, you'll start a structured 12-week training program to develop your skills, knowledge, and confidence as a Painter. We are looking for someone who:
* Can deliver excellent standards
* Is self-aware and able to evaluate their own work
* Can multitask and pays close attention to detail
* Has experience as a painter and decorator
* Knows different types of paints and finishes
* Understands basic decorating and filling techniques
