Compensation: $28-32/HR, depending on the case.

Your Role as an LVN
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Aveanna, you will provide and document skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your compassionate approach will help us achieve outstanding clinical outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
* Continuously observe and assess patient conditions, reporting changes as needed.
* Document all activities and nursing actions in a timely manner.
* Participate in the implementation and updating of nursing care plans.
* Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.
* Maintain compliance with Aveanna policies and state regulations.
Qualifications
* Active, unencumbered CA LVN license.
* Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
* TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
* One year of hands-on nursing experience.
* Reliable transportation.
* Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.
Preferred Skills
* Six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
* Home health experience.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and reposition patients.
* Prolonged walking, standing, bending, and reaching.
* Must be able to travel and respond to emergency situations.
