The Role
Kingdom People is a rapidly growing recruitment business with a forecasted turnover for 2025 of £90,000,000. The business is growing at such a rate due to acquisitions with 9 companies having merged in to 1 in 2024 and further acquisitions planned in 2025. This rapid expansion provides excellent opportunities for career progression and development.

You will join a team of highly experienced recruiters and work alongside them in developing the business. We are able to offer Senior, Principal or Managing consultant positions. · Growth of your geographical or vertical market
· Business development to onboard and develop clients
· Working with a Resourcer to source candidates and deliver on client requirements
· Utilising CRM, job boards, LinkedIn etc to advertise, source and also promote the Kingdom People Professional Services brand
· Follow up on lead generation and maximise opportunities within your market
· Collaborate with the sales team to cross sell and secure opportunities

The Candidate
You will be an experienced recruitment consultant with a minimum of 1 years experience. You will also have the following skills, experiences and attributes…
· A proven track record in winning new business and developing clients
· 360 recruitment experience
· Permanent recruitment experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Commercial or Supply Chain
