Your Role in a Nutshell
Support the store management team in driving sales and profit by supervising and coaching customer consultants. In the absence of store management, demonstrate leadership by delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring adherence to company policies, and upholding the values and vision of The Body Shop.
More About the Role
Customer Experience: Work independently with minimal supervision, handle customer concerns effectively, support store layout and inventory management, and coach Customer Consultants to meet service standards. Be an ambassador for The Body Shop campaigns.
Delivery: Understand sales trends, use storytelling to enhance customer experience, operate multiple systems, meet sales targets, assist in recruiting, and perform opening/closing procedures per standards.
Teamwork and People Management: Be a team player, support change and new ideas, assist with training new staff, and attract and retain brand-reflective team members.
