Residential Conveyancer | Cheltenham | New Role!
TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established and fast-growing law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy property department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled conveyancing professional with 46 years' experience handling residential sales and purchases to join a supportive and collaborative team. Reporting directly to a Senior Fee Earner, you will play a key role in managing transactions efficiently while delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Role
You will be responsible for progressing a varied caseload of residential property matters, with a particular focus on:
Freehold and leasehold sales
Freehold and leasehold purchases
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
Preparing contract packs and legal documentation
Raising and responding to enquiries
Reviewing title documentation and search results
Managing transactions through to exchange and completion
Providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders
Supporting the Fee Earner with complex transactions and caseload management
About You
The successful candidate will possess:
46 years' experience within residential conveyancing
Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
Experience handling sales and purchases with minimal supervision
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and client care standards
The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
