What You'll Do:
As a Sales & Stock Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless luxury shopping experience, balancing exceptional customer service on the shop floor with efficient stockroom operations behind the scenes.
In this dynamic airport environment, you will:
* Deliver outstanding, personalised service that reflects the Fortnum & Mason brand
* Share product knowledge confidently, supporting customers with recommendations and queries
* Maintain beautifully presented sales areas with strong attention to detail
* Receive, unpack, and organise deliveries efficiently in line with operational needs
* Support stock control, replenishment, rotation, and ticketing
* Ensure product availability while maintaining impeccable standards
* Assist with visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
* Process transactions accurately using the till system
* Work collaboratively with your team to create a warm, welcoming environment
* Ensure all activities comply with health & safety and food safety requirements
What We Are Looking For:
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Interest in luxury retail, fine food, and premium products
* Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport setting
* Comfortable working both on the shop floor and in the stockroom
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and a committed team player
* Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Previous retail experience is preferred
