Join Conveo as the website owner for our growth engine. You will run the site as a conversion engine and a compounding distribution asset, improving messaging clarity, conversion rate, SEO performance, navigation, landing pages, speed, lead capture and AI search (GEO).
Responsibilities
* Own the continuous website roadmap and run themed sprint cycles (e.g., ICP clarity, vertical pages, demo conversion, SEO expansion).
* Lead conversion and clarity improvement: rewrite value propositions, restructure pages, sharpen CTAs, reduce friction, improve lead forms and routing, build high‑performing landing pages, run A/B tests.
* Drive SEO as a growth product: keyword/topic strategy, programmatic opportunities, internal linking, content briefs, technical SEO, structured data, performance reporting.
* Position Conveo for AI search (GEO): create answer‑ready pages, schema, citations, content structure, and distribution channel.
* Build reporting cadence: traffic quality, conversion by page, SEO wins, experiment results, funnel insights.
Qualifications
* Proven experience owning a B2B website and driving measurable growth (SEO + CRO).
* Strong copy instincts and messaging clarity; hands‑on copy writing and editing.
* Analytical instincts: know what to measure and what matters; comfort running experiments and prioritizing ruthlessly.
* High agency: create the roadmap and execute without waiting for tasks.
* Hands‑on with Webflow, Framer or headless CMS setups.
* Experience with AI‑search/GEO tactics, programmatic SEO systems, technical SEO and structured data.
Success Metrics
* Website conversion rate increases significantly and stays up.
* Messaging becomes clearer and fewer prospects are confused; more qualified demos.
* SEO becomes a predictable growth channel; high‑intent landing pages exist for key ICPs and verticals.
* The website becomes a stronger silent salesperson for Conveo and consistently shows up for important searches including AI‑driven discovery.
