The Golden Jubilee National Hospital is seeking a Specialist Clinical Engineer to join our state-of-the-art centre of excellence. Candidates should have at least a Degree in Physics, Electronics, Medical Physics, or a related field. Relevant engineering experience in medical equipment will also be considered.
Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support for a wide range of electromedical equipment, including repair, maintenance, and calibration.
2. Train medical, clinical, and nursing staff on equipment use.
3. Support various clinical specialties, including Anaesthetics, Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Dialysis, Endoscopy, General Surgery, Infusion devices, Laboratories, Orthopaedics, Perfusion, Medical Equipment IT systems, and Thoracic surgery.
Additional Requirements
* High level of IT literacy.
* Excellent communication skills with staff at all levels.
* Post-training experience in a clinical engineering department or similar engineering role.
* RCT registration is desirable.
