This is a role for people who want to be part of a driven, trusted, and ambitious organisation, shaping the future of cybersecurity while helping partners and customers build a totally trusted digital future.For more information visit www.ignition-technology.com.**BENEFITS** | **Our benefits*** 24 days holidays rising to 29 with each year of service* Additional day off for your birthday* Healthcare – cash plan through Paycare and Employee Perks/Discounts* Employee Assistance Program* Auto Enrolment Pension scheme* Long service awards* Employee Referral Scheme* Coffee Shop, Canteen and Gym on site* Free Parking onsite**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** | **About the role**This role is responsible for building and activating go to market strategies for high potential innovation vendors and reports to the Marketing Director.**As the Vendor Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities include:****Go to Market Strategy*** Own end to end GTM plans for innovation vendors entering or scaling within the ecosystem* Define positioning, messaging, and target audiences* Design and execute launch campaigns that create awareness and initial traction* Act as the primary marketing contact for assigned vendors, ensuring alignment on strategy, approvals, and performance reporting**Campaign Development*** Plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns [email, social, events, landing pages]* Develop high impact demand generation programmes that drive measurable pipeline* Oversee campaign performance, optimisation, and reporting* Build strong relationships to increase partner engagement and marketing adoption**Partner Activation and Enablement*** Work closely with Sales to identify, onboard, and activate the right partners* Drive co marketing initiatives with partners to accelerate pipeline* Equip partners with simple, effective campaigns they can execute independently**Marketing Toolkit & Playbook Creation*** Develop repeatable “campaign-in-a-box” toolkits for vendors and partners* Create scalable playbooks that simplify execution and drive consistency across the ecosystem* Continuously refine frameworks based on performance and partner feedback**Budget Activation & ROI Ownership*** Recommend high-impact activities across: + Digital demand generation + Partner enablement + Events and experiences* Manage MDF Funds (MDF), including planning, compliance, execution, and claims* Track, measure, and report on ROI, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness* Use data and analytics to inform decision making and improve performance* Any ad hoc duties as defined by your line manager**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** | **About you*** Proven experience in customer marketing and/or channel marketing, ideally within a B2B technology or channel driven environment.* Strong background in managing vendor relationships, alliances, and marketing development funds.* Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).* Data-driven with the ability to translate campaign insights into strategic recommendations.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
