What you’ll be doing?
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee service during your shift. You will allocate daily duties to the team, keep the department motivated, and support the improvement of products, service, and standards. Leading by example, you will deliver friendly, professional, and memorable service to all our guests.
You will inspire the team with clarity and confidence, ensure the department is prepared and organized, and assist the Food & Beverage/Restaurant Manager with staff training and development.
What you’ll need to be a great Supervisor?
The successful candidate will be professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering 5-star experiences to guests and hotel residents. You should be attentive, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be confident in building relationships with guests and team members. A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a drive to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction are essential.
Previous experience in hospitality, especially in a fast-paced restaurant environment involving meeting, greeting, and guest interaction, is preferred.
