Paraplanner - Award-Winning Financial Planning Firm
Location: Newcastle (Hybrid - 2 days in-office, 3 days from home)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Performance-Based Bonus + Excellent Benefits
We’re working on behalf of a respected, award-winning Independent Financial Planning & Investment Management firm to recruit a talented Paraplanner to join their growing team in Newcastle.

The Role
You’ll work alongside Chartered Financial Planners, delivering high-quality technical support including cash flow modelling and tailored suitability reports. The firm places strong value on quality of work and provides a clear development pathway for Paraplanners at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse client data and financial arrangements
* Build cash flow models and write detailed suitability reports
* Collaborate with advisers to design financial solutions
* Provide technical input to the wider team
* Participate in peer reviews, team meetings, and ongoing process improvements
* Support and mentor more junior team members
* Attend client meetings where required
What We’re Looking For
* CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum requirement)
* At least 3 years’ experience in a paraplanning role
* Strong understanding of financial planning and tax considerations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Experience with systems such as Voyant, FE Analytics, or Curo (advantageous)
Progression & Development

* Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
