As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:

Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,170, with potential on-target earnings of up to £52,000.

Guaranteed Overtime: Opt-in for guaranteed overtime after your first month, earning £30 per hour for extra days.

Flexible Working Hours: Work 40 hours a week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

What to Expect in Your Day-to-Day
Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, where each job is pre-booked and waiting for you. You’ll be responsible for:
* Routine servicing
* Advanced diagnostics using cutting-edge mobile equipment
* In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
* Providing member advice and recommendations
* Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
With no emergency callouts or unpredictable shifts, you’ll have the time and tools to deliver quality work.

What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
