<div><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>We are recruiting for a Neonatal Nurse Team Leader who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide clinical leadership and deliver safe, high-quality, family-centred care in line with Trust values.</li><li>Coordinate the clinical area, support staff development, promote teamwork, compassion, and excellence.</li><li>Act as a role model, ensuring high standards of care and contributing to continuous improvement.</li><li>Deliver expert neonatal care, ensuring safe, evidence-based and family-centred practice.</li><li>Manage staff and resources, support workforce development through teaching and supervision.</li><li>Contribute to service improvement, governance and patient safety, maintaining effective communication with families and the multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Keep accurate and complete records of activities and communications consistent with legislation, policies and procedures.</li><li>Participate in teaching and supervision of junior team members and students, actively promoting educational development within the unit and service.</li></ul><h3>Working Patterns</h3><p>The role includes long days, nights, weekends and bank holiday working.</p><h3>Locations</h3><ul><li>The Lister Hospital, Stevenage</li><li>New Queen Elizabeth II (New QEII), Welwyn Garden City</li><li>Hertford County, Hertford</li><li>Mount Vernon Cancer Centre (MVCC), Northwood</li></ul></div>
