An exciting opportunity has become available to work within the Adults Commissioning Team. Job Role is 37 Hours per week between the hours of 08.30 and 18.00. About you: You will have the ability to support the development of a wide range of large-scale transformational projects, supporting both Project Manager and Programme Lead. This will include the ability to: - Develop and maintain excellent relationships with complex needs providers and to become familiar with services. - Develop and maintain relationships with other teams across adult social care including the wider commissioning team, operations, brokerage and housing teams and health partners. - Understand the provider market and ability to maintain appropriate records of services and update systems appropriately. - Plan and organise market engagement events with appropriate providers and wider stakeholders including people who access services and their carers. - Provide statistical or other information to the Commissioning Team using systems such as Liquid Logic and CareCubed. - Ensure that Cheshire East Council records are up to date and accurate on data management systems. The successful candidate will have: • The ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment. • A high degree of interpersonal skills. • The ability to converse at ease with our internal and external partners • A flexible approach to work; The position operates on a hybrid basis, combining home working with office-based duties. • knowledge and experience from working across either children's or adults services, or have previously worked within either a contracting or commissioning role.
