The Role
As a JDA WFM Support Lead, you will be responsible for providing functional support to BAU activities as well, product configuration, troubleshooting, batch monitoring.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide functional support to BAU activities as well, product configuration, troubleshooting, batch monitoring etc.
* Perform Inbound, Outbound & Warehouse setup.
* Involve in Integration of T&A
* Drive WFM architecture, key datapoints for Inbound and Outbound Integration with WFM
* Knowledge of support process, SLAs.
* Attend and resolve the critical issues within tight timelines.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Good experience JDA WFM with experience of support and enhancements
* Strong expertise in overall Workforce and 3PL Logistics Support
* Strong experience in integration of JDA WFM with variety of host and destination systems using JDA Integrator/Connect.
* Basic knowledge of TMS and Logistics Processes
* Experience in support project and customer facing roles
