Job Opportunity: Project Manager
Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position covering projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will work alongside our extensive team, managing all aspects of each project from Pre-Construction to on-site management. Responsibilities include overseeing internal staff and subcontractors, health and safety, works programming, client and architect liaison, and procurement of materials and subcontractors to ensure quality, deadlines, and budget are met.
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven track record in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
* Minimum of 10 years of Site Management experience
* Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project
* Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
* Experience in people management and excellent communication skills
* Good IT skills and at least an SMSTS qualification
