Marketing Ops and Lifecycle Manager

£65,000–£75,000 + benefits

London, Hybrid working (2 days in office)

This newly enhanced role offers the opportunity to shape how leads are nurtured, converted, and retained at scale - placing lifecycle strategy at the centre of commercial success.

With a strong focus on innovation - including AI-powered outreach systems - you’ll have the autonomy to influence strategy, improve conversion outcomes, and directly contribute to revenue growth in both the UK and US markets.


The Marketing Ops and Lifecycle Manager will take ownership of lifecycle performance, ensuring every prospect and customer interaction is targeted, timely, and measurable.


Role Highlights

* Own lifecycle segmentation and nurture strategies across the funnel
* Optimise lead routing, scoring, and handoffs to Sales
* Run and refine an AI-enabled SDR outreach system
* Deliver high-impact customer communications and campaigns
* Drive experimentation to improve conversion and engagement rates


You Will Need

* Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Strong understanding of full-funnel performance and conversion metrics
* Ability to design lead scoring and lifecycle frameworks
* Commercial mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
* Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales and Operations
