Our cleint is a well known is a well-known European leader in the distribution of refrigeration and air conditioning appliances and equipment for industrial and commercial applications. We are seeking botjh experienced HVAC and refrigeration Sales Representatives with a minimum of 3 years in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning or refrigeration industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, and understanding HVAC and/or refrigeration systems and solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored HVAC or refrigeration solutions. * Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and technical specifications. * Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution. * Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring timely follow-up. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the HVAC or refrigeration industry. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and solutions. * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work independently. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. * Additional certifications in HVAC principles or sales techniques.
