About The Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a variety of tasks across the Customer Hub, including supporting government schemes, managing work distribution, processing price changes, providing reporting updates, and system testing. You will interact with senior stakeholders, allowing you to showcase and develop your technical and stakeholder management skills.
You will be instrumental in delivering government schemes such as the Warm Home Discount and future initiatives like the Smart Export Tariff. Additionally, you will handle regular processing tasks that ensure the Customer Hub operates smoothly, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
You will have specific targets and KPIs aligned with the company's vision, supporting your personal development.
About the team
The Customer Hub manages nearly all customer interactions and related processes, including sales, billing, and support for customers facing issues or requiring additional help. It is the frontline for customer engagement.
You will be part of the Operations Change Team within the Customer Hub, responsible for implementing changes and insights across the department, from government schemes to operational improvements and stakeholder reporting.
About You
You should have a keen eye for detail, familiarity with Salesforce, Junifer, and Excel, and knowledge of Customer Hub processes. You should be proactive in process improvement and capable of driving these initiatives with team support. Comfort in communicating with senior stakeholders about project updates and schemes is essential.
What you will do
* Support project and government scheme delivery, such as the Warm Home Discount.
* Handle data processing and business readiness tasks for price changes.
* Perform regular uploads to facilitate seamless customer service, ensuring compliance and high performance.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvements.
* Enhance customer health by supporting mail return processes and data cleansing activities.
* Collaborate with the Operations Change Team to implement new processes.
* Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
* Take ownership of tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
* Assist in testing new products and updates, such as Junifer THOR upgrades and Salesforce releases.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Customer Hub and broader organization.
Knowledge and skills
* Experience with mass processing tasks like file uploads, data loaders, and mail merges.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, Salesforce, and Junifer.
* Ability to adapt to change.
* Stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Experience with energy sector initiatives, especially government schemes, is a plus but not essential.
