As we continue to scale — and further align our Colibri and Microsoft divisions — we are seeking a commercially accountable Marketing Director to lead strategy, performance and team direction during maternity cover. Key Responsibilities Own marketing strategy aligned to revenue growth via lead generation. Drive campaign focus and measurable outcomes. Strengthen Colibri’s brand in priority sectors. Align closely with AWS, Databricks and Microsoft. Lead and develop a high-performing marketing function. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 10 years’ B2B marketing experience in technology consulting, data or cloud. Experience leading a successful marketing team. A strong track record building and scaling a successful lead generation function. Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and ABM.
