Sous Chef required for a venue serving rosette level dishes, this venue is high end, good range of equipment in the kitchen and high-quality produce, including a kitchen garden. The owners are big on work-life balance, you will be creating high-end produce but a good range of shifts and not late nights every evening.
The role
Sous Chef required with a rosette background to support the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen. You will be a hands-on Sous Chef who loves cooking and great produce. this is a small kitchen, so it is very hands on, this role will include all the standard Sous Chef duties.
Expeirence
We are looking for a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef who has worked in 3 rosette, high end 2 rosette or michelin. As a Sous Chef you will have great attention to detail, able to work in a hands on role and all about attention to detail.
