Role: KS1 Primary Teacher

Start Date: April 2026
Pay: £150 £175 per day
Contract: Part-Time
A welcoming and supportive primary school in Merton is seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Primary Teacher to join their team from April 2026 on a part-time basis .
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic teacher who is committed to delivering engaging lessons and helping young learners thrive during the important early years of their education.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Assess and track pupil progress to support learning and development
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
Maintain strong communication with parents and carers
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (EYFS experience beneficial but not essential)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A nurturing and enthusiastic approach to teaching
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
