Friday: 08:30 – 15:30
Twilight Shift: 38 hours per week
Monday – Thursday: 13:00 – 23:00

The role of the Production Supervisor:
* Lead and supervise production operators to ensure smooth running of manufacturing processes.
* Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping and 6S across the department.
* Ensure all Health & Safety policies are followed and support risk assessment activities.
* Monitor performance metrics and present results in daily and monthly production reviews.
* Work with the Quality team to reduce defects and improve first-time yields.
* Optimise equipment use and work patterns to increase productivity.
* Report technical issues to the Operations and Engineering teams for resolution.
* Identify and propose improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
* Contribute directly to production when required, supporting the team as a hands-on leader.
* You may also be required to undertake additional duties in line with the needs of the business.
The person for the Production Supervisor:
* Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
* Strong communication and reporting skills (verbal and electronic).
* Understanding of production data systems (e.g., 123 Insight).
* The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
* Experience mentoring others and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
* Leadership training and/or qualifications (desirable).
* IOSH Health & Safety qualification (desirable).
* Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, processes, and priorities.
* A supportive, assertive, and diplomatic leadership style.
* Responsibilities will also include conducting return-to-work interviews, performance appraisals, and 1-1s; supporting recruitment and onboarding of new team members; and maintaining accurate training and attendance records
