We have an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join St Margaret’s Hospice Therapies Team. What can you expect to be doing? You will be working as an integrated member of the multi-disciplinary team in the Hospice and in the community. You will be based at our Yeovil Hub supporting patients in the outpatient, Day Centre setting and in their own homes. The service is for palliative patients at all stages of their journey from diagnosis to end stage disease, offering preventative, restorative, supportive and palliative rehabilitation and intervention. What will you be good at? You will have: Physiotherapist qualification Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration Demonstrable experience in a variety of clinical settings and relevant transferrable skills. A holistic approach to patient care An ability to contribute to the evaluation and development of services. Palliative and end of life experience is desirable. Access to own transport is required to travel with equipment across the locality during a normal working day. What can we offer you?
