Trinity247 Care Services is seeking an organised and proactive Care Coordinator to join our team in Jersey. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of care services by coordinating care staff, managing schedules, and maintaining excellent communication with clients, families, and care workers.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a care coordination or similar role (preferred)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
* Good IT skills and experience with scheduling systems
* Knowledge of domiciliary care standards (desirable)
* Right to work in Jersey/UK (or willingness to relocate)
