Key details: Rate: £450 per day (Inside IR35) Contract: 4-6 months initially Hours: Full-time Location: Head office (Wembley) | NW London & Home Counties Key responsibilities: Lead on the management of repairs & voids contracts, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved. Oversee contractor performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Provide clear reporting, analysis, and recommendations for service improvements. Manage budgets (circa £20m) and ensure value for money is achieved. Support and develop a team of direct and indirect reports to deliver a high-performing service. Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all workstreams. About you: Strong background in contract management within housing repairs & voids. Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale budgets. Knowledge of housing compliance, procurement, and contractor frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to deliver service improvements and drive value for money.
