What will you be doing?
You will be carrying out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems,
Diagnosing and resolving faults to minimise downtime and ensure building services run efficiently,
Managing on-site spare parts and supporting minor repairs and modifications to equipment and workspaces,
Supervising subcontractors on site, including delivering site inductions and monitoring performance,
Liaising proactively with clients.
