Deputy Head of Client Relations
Remote - with regular travel to Salford/London

Main Responsibilities
* Support the Head of Client Relations in shaping and delivering the client engagement strategy across your portfolio, ensuring alignment with Sodexo's values and operational standards.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a senior point of contact and ensuring their needs are understood, prioritised and met.
* Oversee day-to-day client service activity, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all contracts and service lines.
* Lead, coach and support members of the Client Relations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and service excellence.
* Analyse client feedback, performance data and operational insights to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and added value.
* Support the management of complex or high-profile client issues, ensuring swift resolution and clear, transparent communication.
* Collaborate with operational, commercial and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and a unified approach to client satisfaction.
* Represent Sodexo in client meetings, reviews and strategic discussions, championing our commitment to quality of life, safety and responsible business practices.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in a senior client relations, account management or customer-focused leadership role, ideally within a service-led or contract-based environment.
* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
* Experience leading or mentoring teams, with a passion for developing people and driving performance.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to translate insight into practical, value-adding actions.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the resilience to navigate complex client challenges.
* Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
