Job Title: General Manager for Food Lead Business
Location: Store-based / Kitchen Based
Reports to: Area Manager / Franchisee
Job Purpose:
To oversee the daily operations of the QSR, making mexican favourites, ensuring profitability, staff performance, excellent customer service, food quality, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all aspects of QSR operations.
* Recruit, train, manage, and motivate staff.
* Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
* Oversee health and safety, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
* Manage restaurant budgets, costs, and inventory.
* Conduct audits, reporting and performance analysis.
* Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times.
* Resolve customer and staff issues in a calm and professional manner.
* Implement local marketing initiatives and engage with the community.
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Sound understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in hospitality management (QSR preferred).
* Financial acumen and ability to manage reports and audits.
* Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,666.00 per year
