Regional Delivery Manager - Voids - Andover,, United Kingdom
As our Regional Delivery Manager for Voids you’ll be leading a team of Contract Managers, Team Leaders and admin colleagues to effectively maximise all aspects of business performance for the delivery of our voids standard via both inhouse and external contractors.The role will ensure that a fully engaged workforce will meet financial targets, service level agreements and KPI objectives.
The role will be accountable for –
* The fulfilment of the Void ‘turnaround’ service, ensuring that the strategy is robustly created and delivery is achievable
* Providing void properties that are finished to a high quality standard, meeting regulatory targets, financial and performance related SLAs and KPIs
* Effectively managing the budget, which will include producing reports that show cost of voids and service via inhouse teams and contractors, highlighting VFM and productivity
* Embracing new technology and Lean ways of working to ensure that they are at the forefront of process improvements
About you
You will be professionally qualified in a construction or building related discipline and will be able to demonstrate suitable relevant experience.
You’ll have significant experience in managing a large social housing asset portfolio and/or working in a regulated compliance sector as a people manager.
Your career will demonstrate a strong commercial, financial track record. You will have a proven ability to effectively set and manage large and varied budgets, analyse trends and forecast effectively.
You will have a natural leadership style, proactively leading and managing large multi-disciplined teams.
You’ll have an excelled understanding of business functions and activities including procurement, finance, ICT, governance and health and safety.
This is a hybrid role and you will be able to base yourself from home if you choose. Travel will be required from time to time so you’ll be happy to travel within our operating region.
Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
