An excellent opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator to join our team. This role is key to supporting the smooth, accurate and efficient administration of our wholegoods sales activity. Working closely with sales colleagues across our depots, the successful candidate will help keep records up to date and produce the reports that underpin our processes.
The role will be full time, working 8:30am – 5:00pm (40hrs) across Monday to Friday, at our Collabear office near Barnstaple.
Responsibilities:
* Process tractor and machinery invoices within the Dealer Business System
* Responsible for the administration of our Groundscare department
* Liaise with finance providers for non–John Deere financed wholegoods.
* Manage and direct wholegoods enquiries received
* Coordinate complete goods orders, from placing orders to sharing availability updates and supporting inventory management
* Check deal information to ensure all details are accurate and complete before processing
* Maintain up‑to‑date customer information in the CRM system
* Act as receptionist for our Head Office
* Support general office administration when needed
Qualifications/Experience:
* Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in sales administration is highly desirable)
* Experience analysing data and creating reports
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good IT skills with the ability to use standard IT applications and learn new platforms/systems easily
* An understanding of CRM and sales tools and platforms is highly desirable
* Confident communicator who can build productive relationships with colleagues at all levels
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
