We're seeking a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment.
About the Role:
As an HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, providing practical support to our employees and managers across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will be a key point of contact for HR matters, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment & Onboarding:
· Manage the recruitment process, from onboarding new hires to ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.
· Employee Relations:
· Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on a variety of HR matters, including attendance, and disciplinary issues.
· HR Administration:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage HR systems, and handle payroll-related tasks.
· Training & Development:
· Assist in identifying training needs and supporting the implementation of training programs.
· Compliance:
· Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and company policies.
· Employee Engagement:
· Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and well-being.
Skills and Experience:
· Proven experience in generalist HR roles, ideally within a similar industry or sector.
· Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in HR software and systems.
· A proactive and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges.
