The Shopify / Omnichannel Business Analyst will play a critical role in the end-to-end implementation of a new Shopify-based eCommerce platform within a fashion retail environment. Purpose of the role
The Shopify / Omnichannel Business Analyst will play a critical role in the end-to-end implementation of a new Shopify-based eCommerce platform within a fashion retail environment. The role focuses on ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems—including Order Management System (OMS), Product Information Management (PIM), and Stock/Inventory Management systems—while enabling a best-in-class omnichannel customer experience.
This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, validated, and delivered in alignment with strategic objectives.

Essential
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce or Omnichannel retail
* Hands-on experience with Shopify implementations, ideally multi-brand
* Strong knowledge of:
o OMS, PIM, IMS and CSM
* Experience designing and supporting system integrations (APIs, middleware)
* Strong understanding of fashion retail processes:
o Seasonal merchandising
o SKU/variant complexity (size, colour)
o Promotions and markdowns
* Agile delivery experience, leading sprint planning
* Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable
* Experience with omnichannel capabilities:
o Click & Collect / BOPIS
o Ship-from-store
o Endless aisle
* Knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., Azure Integration Services)
* Exposure to headless commerce or composable architecture
* SQL or data analysis experience
* Experience migrating from legacy eCommerce platforms
