We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office.
This is a varied role that requires strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment. You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers and staff, helping to keep everything behind the scenes running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries

Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and job confirmations
*
Keep accurate records for storage clients and removals bookings
*
Support with scheduling jobs and coordinating with the operations team
*
Manage office paperwork, filing systems, and compliance records
*
Assist with banking, payments, and general financial administration
*
Order and monitor office supplies and packaging materials
*
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous office administration experience (experience in removals, logistics, or a service industry is an advantage)
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills
*
Confidence working with invoices, payments, and general finance tasks
*
A team player who can also work independently when required
*
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and general office systems
