Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Provides technical guidance on the operability of systems and equipment.
* Interacts with clients on commissioning requirements.
* Assists and guides project staff in outlining commissioning responsibilities, requirements, and planning.
* Reviews plans and specifications to ensure practical and efficient designs, collaborates with the design team to optimize systems, avoid interference, and identify and mitigate operational risks.
* Assists in creating operation and maintenance manuals and commissioning procedures.
* Coordinates between the design team and operational stakeholders to ensure that operational and maintenance needs are adequately considered in the project design.
Skills and Competence:
* BSc/BEng qualified in the stated discipline.
* Experience with water industry projects.
* Experience as operations manager or commissioning manager of a treatment plant, with demonstrable ability to operate at the specified level.
