AI Workflow & Automation Technician
We’re hiring an AI Workflow & Automation Technician for our healthcare and insurance brokerage businesses. This is not a traditional sales, marketing, finance or admin role.
We’re looking for an AI‑native person who can help our brokers and operations team work faster, smarter and more consistently using tools like Claude & Chat, automation platforms and modern workflow systems.
Responsibilities
* Improve claims management, client onboarding, renewal preparation, proposal packs, CRM notes, insurer comparison workflows, follow‑ups, internal templates and day‑to‑day broker support.
Qualifications
* Practical, curious, organised.
* Careful with confidential information.
* Good at helping non‑technical people use AI safely.
Sector: Health insurance brokerage / employee benefits
Location: Birmingham / West Midlands preferred
Salary: £28,000–£42,000 depending on experience
