About the Role Elite Assistance Limited is seeking compassionate Care Workers to join its team in Solihull and surrounding areas. Our mission is to support people affected by illness or disability who choose to remain living in their own homes, assisting with all aspects of daily living. You will travel within the community, visiting several clients each shift, providing care and companionship. This role offers flexible hours, from a few shifts per week to full-time, with both day and night shifts available. Minimum daytime shifts are 4 hours, and night shifts are 9 hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
* Assist with daily living activities while promoting dignity and respect
* Attend induction training at the office before starting
* Work collaboratively as part of a small, supportive care team
Candidate Requirements
* Transport (car, scooter, or bike)
* Ability to attend office-based induction programme
* Driving licence (required)
* UK work authorisation

* GCSE or equivalent education
