About the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Leicester, you will:
* Support class teachers across a range of subjects and year groups
* Work in short-term and long-term Teaching Assistant roles
* Provide targeted support to small groups and individual pupils
* Support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
* Deliver structured interventions to raise attainment and engagement
* Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
