Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for our client based in Camberley, on a temporary basis.
The Role:
Office Administrator
Hours:
8:30am - 5:30pm - Fully office based role - NO working from home options
Hourly rate:
£14ph - £15ph
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative and document control support to the Engineering and Project teams.
2. Coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency, including diary management, logistics, and meeting scheduling.
3. Manage Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) responsibilities, including risk assessments, audits, and compliance reporting.
4. Support procurement processes by requesting quotations, placing purchase orders, and managing shipping documentation.
5. Handle general office duties such as answering calls, welcoming visitors, and ordering supplies.
6. Assist with project-related tasks such as travel arrangements, meeting minutes, and project accounts.
7. Occasionally support the General Manager with PA duties and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
8. Excellent interpersonal skills for working across all levels and with external suppliers.
9. Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
10. Proactive and flexible approach, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
11. Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
12. Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
