A leading and highly respected Mechanical & Electrical high performance processing engineering contractor is now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its operational team. This is a key leadership role within a business renowned for delivering complex, high value projects within Data Centre and Pharmaceutical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for the delivery of multiple M&E projects up to £10M
* Leading and motivating large, multidisciplinary project teams
* Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional delivery
* Overseeing commercial performance, programme, quality, and HSEQ compliance
* Driving continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery
* Supporting and mentoring project and site management teams
The ideal individual
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or Senior Project Manager ready to step up)
* Strong background in Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, or other high-performance / regulated environments
* Demonstrated longevity and progression within management roles
* Commercially astute and client-focused
* Excellent communication and forward thinking
