We are seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to help keep our Learning Engine running smoothly. This role requires excellent administrative and organizational skills to be a key member of our L&D team.
Who are we looking for?
We need someone who loves keeping things organized, with ninja-like admin skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple requests and changes efficiently. You should enjoy working in a team, thrive under pressure, follow and adapt processes, and have a proactive, can-do attitude.
You are likely outgoing, eager to connect with people, and capable of maintaining focus amidst a busy environment. You should be comfortable challenging norms and sharing ideas, contributing to a fun and productive team culture focused on psychological safety.
Your main responsibility will be booking various training sessions across the UK, including webinars, face-to-face courses, and eLearning modules. You will coordinate everything from basic first aid to complex chainsaw courses, with support and training provided.
This role is vital for our business, enabling learning to happen across the organization. We value flexibility, innovation, and dedication, and while the role is ideally based in our Billericay office, we are open to hybrid arrangements, requiring strong Wi-Fi for remote work.
Full training will be provided to help you succeed and grow within the company.

Key responsibilities include:
* Booking high volumes of diverse training requests across the UK
* Managing a busy shared inbox
* Matching training requests to appropriate qualifications
* Uploading digital training materials
* Handling calls and resolving issues via phone, Teams, or email
* Updating spreadsheets and budget trackers
* Using Microsoft Office tools (OneDrive, Outlook, OneNote, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Coordinating training logistics with a training matrix
* Planning and liaising with suppliers for events
* Building relationships with internal clients and external vendors
* Collaborating with Finance and Procurement teams
* Managing bespoke learning requests
* Evaluating training programs for ROI
* Collecting supplier feedback and performance data
* Booking hotels and meeting rooms
* Processing digital credit cards and using Dynamics
* Promoting our training offerings across the business
* Contributing to a culture of continuous learning
