We are recruiting for an experiencedWarehouse Operations Managerto oversee dual-site warehouse operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering efficient operations, excellent customer service, and strong team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day warehouse operations across two nearby sites
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse operatives and technicians
* Ensure accurate stock control, inventory management, and use of WMS systems
* Oversee Goods In/Out processes, storage, and compliance procedures
* Monitor KPIs, drive performance, and implement continuous improvements
* Maintain health & safety standards, audits, and site security
* Support budgeting and P&L, identifying cost-saving opportunities
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers
* Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews
Key Requirements:
