Job Description
3. Provide legal advice and representation on a range of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial disputes.
4. Draft and review legal documents such as agreements and court applications.
5. Manage a varied caseload while ensuring compliance with legal standards and procedures.
6. Advocate for clients in court and during negotiations when necessary.
7. Maintain excellent client relationships through clear communication and understanding of their needs.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
9. Keep updated on changes to family law and ensure compliance with current regulations.
10. Contribute to the development of the firm's family law practice through participation in business development activities.
The Successful Applicant
11. A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in family law
12. Experienced in handling medium to high net worth financial provision cases
13. Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of cases
15. Ideally accredited or willing to gain accreditation as a family law specialist
